1. Introduction to the Rules

BA (Bingo Avatar) operates on a particular set of game rules and operating policies (hereinafter the "Participating Rules") that govern the participation of all the Players in any BA game (hereinafter the "Game"). 3. Rules for Chat Games

Chat games are the in-between side games that are hosted within various regular bingo games. And only those players who play a particular chat game that is played between a particular bingo game session are eligible to win chat room Bonus Bucks (BBs). The chat game winners must be active players i.e. they should be present in the chat room when the chat game is being played. Plus, the chat game winners must have made a minimum $20 deposit within the last 10 days to be eligible to claim their chat game BBs or any other form of chat game compensation.

Chat room BBs are awarded at the discretion of Chat Hosts according to the preset guidelines. Players can earn unlimited BBs. However the chat game BBs are subject to Playthrough/wagering rules.

Chat room BBs will be credited up to a maximum cap determined by 300% of the accumulated deposits made within previous 10 days from the day BBs are awarded to you.
If you have not made a deposit in the last 10 days prior to the day BBs are awarded to you, the awarded BBs will not be credited to your account and hence will be forfeited. The eligibility for BBs will be reset immediately upon a deposit being made in the account.

4. Rules for Withdrawals

1. Only depositing player(s) can request a withdrawal
2. Player needs to have a deposit within last 60 days to make a withdrawal request
3. Your Deposit plus your Bonus plus your Chat BBs earned must be wagered three (3) times on bingo games or thirty (30) times on casino games before you are eligible to request a withdrawal. Your withdrawal request is exempted from the conditions mentioned above only in the case where the wagering requirement is not specifically mentioned in the promotion.
4. Players can have ONLY ONE (1) withdrawal (i.e.  Up-to $1250) per week or seven (7) days from our network sites.
5. Minimum withdrawal request is $200. ALL withdrawal requests below $200 will be rejected. Maximum withdrawal limit on bingo and casino game winnings is $1,250 per week.
6. A deposit of minimum $20 in your account is required for your withdrawal being processed.
7. You can carry forward or withdraw a maximum of $50* from your winnings earned from Free Sign-up Bonus.
8. Withdrawal requests are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can request a withdrawal only if you are a depositing player.
9. Only the account holders are eligible for the payouts.
10. Verification of your account is crucial before your withdrawal is processed. For verification, we call our players to verify account details. If your account has not been verified, you need to contact us to verify your account.
11. Winnings derived from any complimentary promotional BBs or Bonuses (except for free sign-up bonus) received by you are not eligible for withdrawal.
12. Once you request a withdrawal, you will need to forfeit all the BBs left in your account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. In case of withdrawal not being approved the lost BBs would be returned to your bingo account. For Instance: Player 'A' has $500 cash in their account and $200 BBs. If the Player withdraws $400 cash leaving $100 cash in account, the Player's BBs will be reduced to 100.
13. Subsequent withdrawal request will be considered upon completion of the current pending withdrawal, if any.
14. In order to ensure that the withdrawal amount reaches the right person, all players making their first withdrawal MUST send us the applicable documents described in the below documents required section.
15. All the funds (including Pre-Buys) should be in your Bingo account when you make withdrawal request.
16. You should not have any pending withdrawals on any of the BingoAvatar network sites when making a withdrawal request.

Documents required on your first withdrawal requests:

1. Photo Identity Card.
2. Utility bill. (If your Identity card has the same address as found in our records, you need not send the Utility bill.)
3. Copy of the Front and Back of the credit card(s). The CVV (last 3-digits at the back of your card) number of the cards MUST be omitted/concealed.
4. Deposit Authorization form for the card(s) used, duly filled and signed.

DEPOSIT USING OTHER OPTIONS:

1. Photo Identity Card.
2. Utility bill. (If your Identity card has the same address as found in our records, you need not send the Utility bill.)

These details MUST match the details listed in your account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). In case of any changes in the above mentioned details, the updated documents must be furnished every year. Use of invalid contact details will result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. 1. Approved withdrawal will be paid within 10 business days.
2. It may take 2-3 business days for a withdrawal to be approved.
3. We always want you to win and withdraw big! That's why we give fee exemption which includes drastically reduced withdrawal fees and no fee for the withdrawals above $300. The applicable fee in sending withdrawal will be deducted from the withdrawal amount as per the table below:

5. Rules for Bonus Bucks

On BA we provide you with more and more opportunities to earn more and more BBs everyday. You earn FREE BBs on making a deposit, on purchasing at least 2 bingo cards in each pattern game when participating in chat games, on referring friends or on winning various random game contests. Plus, you are eligible for unlimited BBs on deposits made in the last 10 days.

You can use these FREE BBs just like cash to buy bingo cards or to play casino games. You can win real money while playing with these BBs, but cannot withdraw the BBs as they are.

6. Rules for Redemption Flow Back

Canceled cash-out requests are referred to as redemption flow backs which are not regarded as new deposits and will not be eligible for Bonus Buck deposit credits. In the case of a redemption flow back, your funds are returned to your accounts.

7. Cost of Playing on BA

You can choose to purchase an individual bingo card beginning from $0.05 (USD) per card onwards. You can purchase minimum 1(one) bingo card to participate in a bingo game. The maximum cards that you can purchase per individual game vary from up to 48 cards for 75-ball bingo game to 24 cards for 90-ball bingo game.

8. Rule for Getting your Prizes Claimed

The game Prizes automatically get deposited into your account. However to claim wins for other promotional games and prizes you need to contact Live Help.

9. Rules for Participation In Games

To participate in a Game you must be 21 years of age or older.

In order to play any Game on BA, you need to register with our website by filling up a form and providing correct registration details that include your full name, complete address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country, e-mail address and telephone number. For participating in any Game you need to login with your Player ID (provided by BA) and your Player password.

• As we allow just one account per Player, so you are allowed to register only once on BA. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in the termination of all your accounts. Only two accounts are allowed per household. Check household accounts rules section for details.
• Every bingo Game will be played at a gap of approximately 2 (two) minutes after the completion of the previous game. BA has exclusive authority to modify the Game schedule without prior notice.
• On winning a Game Prize, you will be given a reference number which will identify your specific win. It is your responsibility to preserve any such reference numbers provided to you..
• In the case of a discrepancy between the Game Variation as it is recorded in the BA's database, and that recorded by you, the Calls recorded in the BA game server shall be considered valid. Player claiming discrepancies has to provide the game id/game reference #.
• All purchases made by you will be considered void if for any reason the payment made by you is not received by BA. Also, BA reserves the right to limit your participation in a Game, particularly in the case where your purchase is rendered void.
• BA reserves the right to withhold any such withdrawals until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.
• Player's deposit amount that fails to be realized from the bank will not be eligible for any withdrawal.
• People working with BA are prohibited from participating in any Game.

10. Our General Website Rules

• Provide Valid Information: You must always provide us with valid information. False or incomplete information provided by you will make your agreement with BA null and void, and you will be held liable to BA for any damages and costs suffered as a result.
• No Bonus Abuse Please: BA won't tolerate any sort of Bonus Abuse and reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In the event of abuse, BA reserves the right to discontinue your membership and can also prevent you to access BA in the future.
• No Multiple Accounts Please: On BA, only one (1) account is allowed per household, shared computer, physical address and/or internet connection. In case multiple accounts are found, management will close all identical accounts and all winnings will be forfeited.
• Limited Access to BA: We hold the right to limit your access to BA for any reason that BA deems necessary. We can prohibit you from playing on BA without giving you any prior notice if any of the following reasons apply:
  • If you are a minor and below 21 years.
  • If you have missed out or have provided inaccurate information to BA in regards to your Account.
  • If you are an employee, consultant, licensee, distributor, affiliate, advertiser, marketer, media partner, promoter, retailer on BA or the member of the immediate families of any of the foregoing.
  • If you play on behalf of an individual who is not allowed to play on the BA website.
  • If you do not abide by BA Game Rules.
  • If you belong to a jurisdiction in which gaming is unlawful. Participation in gaming and other activities on our website is only open to those people who are living in jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Please check with your local jurisdiction.
  • If you are a citizen of any of the following locations, playing for real wagers at BA is strictly prohibited unless you make a deposit using Neteller. 11. Rules for Household Accounts:

In special cases, two or more people within the same household may open accounts without it being considered as duplicates.

For an account to be considered as a household account, the original account MUST be an active depositor; and have contacted our customer support staff notifying them that a household account is about to be opened. All necessary documentation must have been received in the original account prior to requesting a household account procedure.

12. Our Fairness Statement

• The game server begins with a new game by selecting the game pattern for the next game.
• The Game server enables the card purchasing options for you.
• You can manually select your game cards from a deck of 30,000 unique bingo cards.
• After selecting and purchasing the desired bingo cards, the purchase requests are sent to the game server.
• The game server receives the purchase requests and enters your selected cards into the game. Then the server sends an acknowledgment back to you informing you that your cards have been purchased and entered into the game.
• The game server suspends the card purchasing options 10 seconds before the game starts.
• The game server then generates and draws 75 numbers between 1 and 75 in the 75-ball bingo and 90 numbers between 1 and 90 in the 90-ball bingo in an absolute random fashion using the random number generator software.
• All the numbers for a game are generated randomly and called AFTER all the card sales have been closed. This assures that each and every game on BA is fair and balanced.
• Then the game server systematically applies these randomly called numbers to every bingo card purchased by you and cross checks each card with the winning pattern. With this procedure the game server determines the number of winning bingo cards in the deck of the bingo cards purchased by the players in the game and the number at which the bingo has been called and won.
• The game server then broadcasts all of the calls to the game client on player's computer.
• The player's game client receives this information and begins calling the numbers.
• Calls are presented to the user every ten seconds.
• Once your cards have been fairly entered into the game, the genuine game winner (or winners) is announced and rewarded in spite of the telecommunication interruptions and disconnections in the system. Knowing this, you can relax and play the chat games with other players.
